Terms of Service

Release Point AI is operated by Nolan George, an individual based in Las Vegas, Nevada. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Nolan George, doing business as Release Point AI ("Release Point AI," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using Release Point AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Release Point AI on behalf of an organization (a team, program, or academy), you agree on behalf of that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Coaches: Any adult (18+) who coaches baseball, softball, or another throwing or hitting sport may create a coach account. You are responsible for the players you add to your account and any content you upload.

Players: Players join by invitation from their coach, or sign up on their own, to work on pitching or hitting. When you join, you enter your birth month and year and accept these Terms. Players 13 to 17 should read these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Age information: Coaches must choose a player's age band (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 or older) truthfully, and players must enter their own birth month and year truthfully. If the answers don't match, we use the younger band.

Children under 13

–Children under 13 cannot sign up.

–Players join Release Point AI only by invitation from their coach and sign in with Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. After you sign in, we ask for your birth month and year. If you tell us you are under 13, we stop right away. We freeze the account, sign you out, and remove your name, photo, and profile details. We keep only your email address and Google account ID, so the block works on every device, and we delete the account within 14 days. If a coach invited you, the coach's roster may still show the name the coach entered until we remove it, within 14 days.

–Coaches cannot add players under 13, and a coach can't give permission on behalf of a parent or guardian.

–No video (clips or lessons) can be uploaded for anyone marked under 13.

–The AI Coach is not available for anyone marked under 13.

–If a player answers under 13 after they have an account, we freeze it right away so they can't use the app or add video, and we remove the profile name. If a coach marks a player under 13, that player can't have video added, and a signed-in player with that mark is sent to the stop screen. We'll delete the child's personal information, including any video, promptly.

–If we turn on a parent-permission flow for children under 13, we'll update these Terms first.

Teens 13 to 17

–Players 13 to 17 need a parent's or guardian's permission to use Release Point AI.

–Coaches must have written parent or guardian consent before uploading video of any minor.

–Teens enter their birth month and year and accept the Terms themselves.

You agree not to:

–Upload content you do not own or have rights to use

–Upload video of a child under 13, or video you don't have permission to record and share

–Share your account credentials with others

–Use the platform for any purpose other than athletic coaching and analysis

–Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform

–Upload content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal

–Use AI Coach to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or off-topic

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own the videos, metrics, notes, and other content you upload to Release Point AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the platform's services.

We do not claim ownership of your content. A player's video can be seen by the player, the player's direct coach, the other coaches on teams the player is on (including assistant coaches), and the player's linked guardian. A player's video can be uploaded by the player's direct coach, the coaches on teams the player is on (including assistant coaches), and the player. We share content with service providers only as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to upload it. A coach can't give permission on behalf of a parent or guardian.

AI Coach is provided for informational and coaching-support purposes only. AI-generated responses:

–Are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or biomechanical advice

–May contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information.

–Should be used as a tool to support, not replace, coach judgment

–Are based on the data and context you provide

We are not liable for any decisions made based solely on AI Coach responses.

Coaches are responsible for:

–Ensuring they have the right to upload any video they submit

–Not adding players under 13 or uploading their video (a coach can't give permission for a parent)

–Complying with league, school, or organizational policies on video recording and sharing

–Not sharing player performance data without appropriate consent

Release Point AI provides the tools. Coaches are responsible for how they use them.

We aim to keep Release Point AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, suspend the platform for maintenance, or discontinue it.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolan George, doing business as Release Point AI, is not liable for:

–Loss of data, revenue, or profits

–Decisions made based on AI Coach responses

–Injuries or outcomes resulting from coaching advice

–Service interruptions or data loss

–Unauthorized access to your account if caused by your failure to secure your credentials

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Release Point AI is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your content is deleted unless we are required by law to retain it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
